Hello,

First should rule out there is no cardiovascular complication. If now such complications, just give paracetamol and magnesium supplement to ease the pain. Lack of regular movement can also cause such pain. You should discuss with her caring doctor for best and close management strategy. Physiotherapy can be of great help.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
