How To Treat Hernia?

my father broke his pelnvis just before christmashes 83 spent 4 weeks in hospittal he had also broken wrist he now has protruding hernia and osteoporsis he was a very active man anow has to use a stick outdoors he does not want to give up his independance but needs help with transport as he has lost his confidence ,hes worried can he claim aallowace and still do his garden he is a very proud 83 year old
