Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears to be the urinary tract infection, which is not completely cured, and causing all these changes.
I advise you to consult a urologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have M.R.I. to avoid any possibility of the kidney stones. and culture and sensitivity of the urine for exact diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifalexin, diclophenac sodium, and paracetamol till the diagnosis is established.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
