It may be commonly seen in athletes and 0.5%of young population. if it is associated with chest pain palpitations, syncopal attacks the you have to consult cardiologist. RBBB associated conditions are copd, Brundage syndrome, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, pulmonary embolism, ischemic heart disease etc... Please consult your cardiologist he will examine and treat you accordingly. Avoid vigorous physical activity. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Eat green leafy vegetables.
