How To Treat Irregular Menstrual Cycle?

I didn't have a period for like a month and then a month later I had a period for three weeks but was slightly bleeding. Just now a heavy blood clot that was hard came out of me right after excessive bleeding happened and the bleeding is still happening and a bag like object is in my vagina trying to come out and I popped it.

Hi,
I understand your concern.
I am afraid the bleeding you had since last 3 weeks is due to abortion.All of your complaints & history of passing a blood clot along with a bag like structure through vagina.So dear, what you thought to be irregular period was early pregnancy with impending abortion.
- In such condition you need to go to ER- & get examined by a gynecologist- for diagnosing status of your health/abortion.- followed by
-admission & medicines ( IV drip/IM injections) to clear the products of conception completely.
- surgical evacuation if needful.
- a course of antibiotics, uterine contractors, Inj. TT, B Complex for post abortal treatment.
