Hi,
I understand ytour query.
In a woman in fertile age, having unprotected sex & slight bleeding 5 days before expected date of menses( provided it's going to be 22nd day this time )- The first possibility is conception with possibly implantation bleeding.
Other possibilities include cervical erosion, polyp, pcod, thyroid or ovarian problems.
* you should test blood HCG around youe mense date/ urine pregnancy test after 8 days of expected mense date. This will confirm pregnancy at an earlier date- allowing you for further management earlier.
*If the test stands -ve, & the problem is repeated A gynecologist's consultation/ investigations are to be done to define the cause & needful treatment.
Thanks.
