Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Fungal rashes should be treated with antifungal creams and tablets. Initially, you can use an antifungal cream such as Clotrimazole/Sertaconazole cream on the rash. Apply clotrimazole dusting powder on body folds and sweat prone areas. Avoid wet clothes and avoid tight fitting clothes. If you do not get any improvement even after 2 weeks, do consult your Dermatologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Siva Subramanian.
