Hi, welcome to healthcare magic. Gas formation in a child is most often related to indigestion usually of fats and protein. Please avoid extra fatty diet and diet which is rich in protein. Also, don't give bakery items like cakes and breads. Give him lots of water to drink and fruits to eat especially banana. Also, give him tablet lansoprazole 15mg once a day in the morning empty stomach. Observe your child for two to three days. If, the problem does not resolves, please show the child to a paediatrician.
