How To Treat My Stomach Pains With Bloating?

Hii my i am 35 years old female and basically im suffering from stomach pains my gp told me i had gallstones in my tummy i try and eat very little and healthy but still my stomach is bloated and i get dizzy and i get hungry very quickly i feel i lack energy please tell me whats wrong i have high cholestrol too.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Gall stones can be the cause of gaseous distension, difficulty in digestion and acidity like problems.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get an opinion of a Gastro Surgeon.
Go for the tests of stool and if there is evidence of any infection go for a course of an antibiotic, metronidazole and probiotics as overgrowth of gas producing bacteria will get under control.
Also get a PPI like Omeprazole and antacids.
If these measures fail then you have to go for surgery of Cholecystectomy Which may help to alleviate your symptoms.
