How To Treat Nausea, Abdominal Pain, Bloating And Back Pain?
I have nausea, centerlized abdominal pain that becomes dull if I hold still, movement cause sharp pains, tenderness all over abdomen and mid to lower back but when I push on the right side pain is lower mostly front but still all over. Although I woke this morning with some slight nausea this pain came on sudennly with intense nausea before lunch. I have taken midol with pain reliever due to the bloating so I don t know about temp. This really doesn t feel like typical menstral symptoms for me.
Hello there. I have read through your question and can understand your concern. Abdominal pain which increase s on movement points towards an inflamed organ like appendix or gall bladder. Also associated nausea and fever further indicate s the same. It can be diagnosed on USG whole abdomen. Also I would advise you to get a Total Blood count and ESR done to detect any infection. If I were your physician I would have prescribed you an antibiotic course along with buscopan for pain management. Tab Pan D for nausea. If you are diagnosed with appendicitis or cholecystitis you will have to consult a gasrto surgeon for further management. I hope that answers your question. If you have any further questions please feel free to write.
