How To Treat Neurosarcoma Of Soft Tissues In Neck And Upper Back?

What is the best treatment to cure a neurosarcoma of soft tissues located in neck and upper back? Considere that this is a recurrent sarcoma. The recurrence of this sarcoma has been in 6 weeks. PLEASE I NEED A QUICK ANSWER. I d really appreciate it. I m desperate. If needed I can provide pictures of the tumors.

If surgery had been done and it has recurred, then the best next step is radiotherapy.
