Hi Doctor i am facing of problme of numbness in my limbs due to spinal issues and well i have no back pain as per the MRI and consultation with good surgeon the report states it is due to some heriditiary. This numbness starts when i walk a distance of around 10 to 15 metres i am not able to hold slippers and i might fall also .I would appreciate if you can pls let me know some exercise or some remedies whereby i can overcome this problem. Well i i am facing this problem since last 4 years .Pls do the needful and appreciate your response which will be highly solicited.
