How To Treat Oozing Pus From Penile Foreskin In A 18 Month Old Child?
My 18 month old son is uncircumcised and I noticed a white substance oozing from his penis. It isn't coming from his urethra, it's coming from just under his foreskin and when I push oozes out. I also noticed some pus coming from the same location. He doesn't seem irritated or in pain but the area is red.

usually smegma is collected underneath the fore skin.
If you retract the fore skin daily before taking bath and clean it will become normal.
If it is pus he will have fever and pain while passing urine.
