pain in the top of my buttcrack
for the past 3 days ive had this intense pain at the top of my buttcrack and last night i found a lump. the pain gets worse everyday and i cant seem to figure out what it is. my parents think its an ingrown hair but it doesnt feel like that. it feels more like a knott. please help, it scares me

I really appreciate your concern looking to the give history here I could say that this is the nonspecific type of pain if I would be your doctor then I would treat this with the following medicines, 1) Tab Acetaminophen 500 mg three times in day 2) Tab Diclofenac 50 mg sustain release once in day, with this treatment this would come around, have a nice day.
