How To Treat Pain In Left Hip Radiating Towards Shoulder And Back?

I had a fall on my left hip. Almost a week later I m having major pain that leads up to my shoulder from my back. Could I have injured my spleen? I went to urgent care for exam they didn t extant just sent home with pain meds. I m in a lot of pain and it hurts only on that side.

I really appreciate your concern this may not be spleen injury because if this is spleen injury then this is could be medical emergency because spleen is very fragile organ, and this needs immediate medical attention, hope this information helps, take care.
