How To Treat Pain In Side And Pain During Bowel Movement?

Every morning and night I wake up with severe right side pain and its unbearable. I have ibs as well and as soon as I'm able to have a decent poop which takes like four times in the morning then it stops hurting but this is every morning. I've had scare tissue wrapped around my bowels a few years ago and they removed it, any ideas plz help to much pain

Hello dear,

The symptoms as mentioned in your post may be attributed to an infection in the Gastrointestinal tract.
Symptomatic relief can be obtained with intake of anti spasmodics like Dicyclomine preparations (to be taken after meals) & Pantoprazole (to be taken 30 minutes before meals) along with a course of antibiotics.

If symptom still persist, investigation like Ultrasound scan of abdomen & pelvis will be helpful to rule out any pathological cause for the symptoms.
