How To Treat Pain In Wrist Radiating Towards Forearms?

I left a tight hair tie on my wrist two days ago while I was in school and when it started hurting, I quickly took it off. But, I started feeling pain in my wrist and now it won t go away. It s like an ache that sometimes goes up my forearm. Please let me know if this is anything serious. Thank you!

Hello, Thank you for contacting us. The tight hair tie was their for two days in wrist which has hampered blood supply to nerve. So you are feeling pain due to nerve irritation. It will bounce back to normal but it will take time. Till then apply pain killer(analgesic) spray along the pain radaited area or apply cream.
