How To Treat Painful Cramp And Swelling In Right Calf Muscle?

A week ago I was running I had a painful cramp on my right calf. Unfortunately I walked off abd kept running for one mile to get to my car. The next day my calf hor swollen . It has been a week now and the pain is reduced but the lower leg still swollen. FTY I also have been experiencing flutters or skip beats for the last two months. I had never had any heart symptoms. I will appreciate your expert response. Thank you. Camilo

I really appreciate your concern, such clinical condition could be due to muscular spasm, but it very unlikely that could cause the heart beat problem like you stated skip beat of flutter in my opinion this could be nonspecific, may not need any treatment but of course muscular spasm can be treated with "Tab Chlorzoxazone with Acetaminophen" once in day, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
