I think the artery in my neck is pinched but not sure. almost feels like a heart attack but im sure its not cause went to emergency room one for the symptoms and nothing. But it runs from my chest through the large muscle in my neck and will even cause my jaw to spasm also hurts under shoulder blade in back. it actually scares me and causes me to have a pannick attack cause it feels like my neck is huge.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Concerning your history of spasm around your neck jaw shoulder and chest following an apparent pinched artery in the neck I am suggesting that you have developed a a clonus of the Sternomastoid muscle (involuntary contraction of the neck muscle) radiating to other surrounding muscles

In view of this please take some multivitamins and schedule an appointment with a neurologist specialist for expert clinical review as well as adequate drug prescription

I hope this helps Regards
