How To Treat Polymyalgia?

My husband is taking Tramadol 50 mg 3 times a day for polmayalga hes being real sick ,he also is taking Gabapentin.Hes not feeling any better is also taking Predosion. Hes working everyday but dragging in barley able to set up! Please help need advice?

Since how long your husband is taking predinisolone as it may also cause muscle pain. I would recommend your husband to start calcium,vitamin b 12. consult with your physician if we can stop predinisolone or decrease doses. Is he also taking alcohol or smoke, it is better to avoid both.
