** 1. dilatation of ventricles with large head could possibly suggests hydrocephalus for which shunt is ideal treatment, but is not a permanent solution since it gets block in few days [reason of working not properly now] 2. Consult a neuro surgeon and physiotherapist regarding his activities [since seizures and spasticity are early manifestations] 3. Management is usually supportive and depend upon the extent of impairment [size and location of the lesion].
