How To Treat Pressure In Eyes And Insufficient Sleep After Binge Drinking?

I am a college sophomore that recently realized I have a problem. Last friday I blacked out from binge drinking for the 38th time since Oct of sophomore year in high school. There is slight pressure behind my eyes and I am having trouble sleeping because I see bright lights when I close my eyes. My physician doesn't know I drink because I've always been afraid to tell her.
