How To Treat Rapid Heart Beat Due To Smoking Pot?

I have bin smoking pot since i was 15 im gonna be 19 in july i never had this problem until a few months ago it wouldn b as bad but its gotten worse i quit too see if it would help but im still curious to see wats going on when i smoke pot i feel my hear beat faster then i start feeling my arms goin numb and sometimes my mouth i try relaxing and enjoing my high but its hard when in the back off my head im thinking somethin is wrong and even tho i tey not to i think the worse and its were i begin to panic. Can anyone plz help

Marijuana causes the heart to beat somewhat faster. It is not a stimulant like cocaine or methamphetamine. Panic attacks frequently can cause hyperventilation even without breathing in smoke. In hyperventilation, the acidity of the blood changes and nerves go numb...typically in the face and in the ends of the limbs.
none of these are either that rare nor that serious in general. Of course, I cannot say for certain in your particular case without examiniing you.
