Hi,

You are going for passing motion 4 to 5 times for the last 2 years, can not tolerate certain foods and have headache; you are a smoker too.
With this history I would advise you the following:
Proper clinical evaluation by a Gastroenterologist.
Investigations of stool, blood, urine.
CT scan of abdomen.
Colonoscopy and biopsy.
Stop the foods and beverages that instigate the problems or enhance them.
During the course of investigations a proper cause may be found and thus treated specifically.
If all the investigations are normal then this may be IBS that is Irritable Bowel Syndrome and proper control of stress and anxiety can help you a lot if you stop the specific foods you mentioned to trouble you.
Headache can have a specific cause and needs a proper clinical examination and investigations like CT scan of brain to know the exact cause and thus can be treated well.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant,
General Surgeon
