Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of recurring psoriasis which could be due to hormonal changes, stress and clogging of skin pores. It is defective mechanism of skin to react to external stimuli . Its is very important to find out trigger factor. But in your case the symptoms are due to psoriasis .

I would suggest you to try to reduce your stress . Topical application of Clindamycin gels along with Benzoyl Peroxide gel and using salicylic acid cream. Consult dermatologist . Doctor may examine physically take skin patch for lab test . Doctor may prescribe topical corticosteroid , retinoids , calcineurin inhibitors .

Doctor may also recommend goeckerman therapy and light therapy. Do not scratch the lesion . Take one spoon of honey in glass of warm water .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
