How To Treat Red Pin Dot Rashes On Top Of Feet And Shin?

I am a 56 yr old female, overweight, on my feet quite a bit, presenting with a red pin dot rash on the tops of my feet and lower shins. I take two medications: 50 mg. daily for mild high blood pressure, and omeprezole for GERD. No other meds/herbal supplements/vitamins, etc. Please suggest a diagnosis and treatment.
