How To Treat Retro Flexed And Bulky Uterus?

my uterus is retroflexed and bulky in size (11.8x7.43x7.81cm).Endometrium is thick(19-20mm).A hypoechoic fibroid is seen in anterior wall measurin 1.65x3.18 cm.I am 46 yrs old.Is this is a serious matter?and will it give me health problems in the future?
