How To Treat Severe Head Ache?
I have had (approx. 4 weeks now) shooting pains throughout my brain. Sometimes they are very painful, other times I just have a God awful headache. What do you recommend I do?
How could you charge money? And, if you need money so badly, why so freakin much money? It is a crime that you Doctors take advantage of folks who need your help obviously!

I would like to have some more information on your symptoms:
- are the shooting pain electric like?
- Where are they localized?
- how long do they go on: seconds of minutes?
- are they triggered by any head movements, chewing, etc.?
- are they associated to other symptoms like running nose or eye tearing?
These symptoms could be related to different causes:
- Ice peak headache
- trigeminal neuralgia
- occipital neuralgia
- SUNCT, etc.
I would recommend consulting with a neurologist for a careful physical exam and performing a brain MRI.
