How To Treat Severe Health Discomforts Caused By Drug Abuse?

I began to get a painful burning during weeing, and need to wee but only a few drops sometimes, which comes and goes over a few weeks, occasional diaorhea, waves of nausea (never felt I was going to actually be sick), breathlessness, waves of stomach pains and cramps from under ribs all the way down to vagina, occasional pinching and twitches inside vagina as well, very unusual waves of intense fatigue along with other days of relentless insomnia, 1 or 2 intense headaches, occasional stages of intense hunger and thirst, other times no appetite or full after very little, one or 2 days of intense heartburn and incessant burping and gas, now there is orange/darker patches between my fingers on left hand. Most of above come and go randomly over a week or so, the nausea (albeit intermittent) has been consistent, the burning wee had gone but is back on occasion, the darker skin (mainly noticeable on left hand) is the latest. Still some burping or heartburn today. Waves of lower back pain and torso cramps, aches and pains that come and go. Also intense anxiety and depression, only sometimes, more so in the mornings. I have no real routine in terms of sleep - sometimes no sleep for 3 days (Ive always suffered insomnia) but never before have I slept for 16 hours, or slept during the day, I have a couple of times lately. Eating is very random for me and always has been, usually very little, ie equivalent to 500 calories per day, some days I don't eat for a day or so but I do drink too much alcohol, and some drugs. Never had this before though. I took Gedarel (inconsistently due to side effects) for about 2 months (frequent intercourse) but felt so bad with banging headaches and nausea I stopped, no intercourse since stopping. Also have had therapy for anxiety and panic and psychiatrist has given me Serlain last saturday but I havent begun taking it yet due to all these symptoms. Still get the occasional headache and sore throat/nose and intermittent muscle ache. I was cycling about 10-20 miles a day and used to be able to run 5k no probs, now out of breath just running up the stairs. Mood swings wildly as well. The torso pains are intermittent but ongoing. ???

Drug abuse changes the brain and has a lot of effects both directly and indirectly (such as not eating, exercising, taking care of oneself). Getting off of them usually requires more than ones own efforts. 12 step programs, avoiding the situations and people selling them and encouragign their use, probably getting other treatments such as methadone if it is opiates, counseling, etc.

Because of the direct and indirect effects of drug abuse, a lot of symptoms often occur.
