How To Treat Severe Pain In Right Hand Caused Due To Disc Herniation And Bursitis?

I have C3-C4 central disc herniation with buckling of ligament flava. moderate canal stenosis, AP canal diameter of 5.6 mm. also C5-C6 disc bulge and interbody spur. canal stenosis with 6.7 ap canal diameter. Actually from C3-C4 down to C6-C7, which has a broad based interbody spur and disc herniation. also bursitis and tendonitis in my right upper arm. Pain goes down my right arm into hand and now I have the same symptoms on my left side. C5-C6 moderate right foraminal stenosis.. I ve had epidural injection in my neck and a shot in shoulder and no relief. Two packs of prednisone all in the last six weeks. What s next? I m in pain all the time. Can t do much of anything. I am a court reporter. What can I do to relief this pain?
