How To Treat Sharp Pain In The Left Shoulder?

I felt a sharp pain in my left shoulder a few hours ago. It lasted for 30 minutes and am fine now. I wonder what it is. As I recall, this does not seem to be the first time... happened a few months ago as well. Is it something to be concerned about?

Hi,
Seeing the nature and type of pain, any coronary problem should be ruled out.
Go for EKG and if require cardiac enzyme test for having any cardiac ailment.
Meanwhile take rest.
