How To Treat Sinus Pressure And Pain In Ears?
I have sinus pressure that is pushing on my ear and causing ear to fill full. I put drops in ear to clean it and that helped some but still hurts - I took the equivalant of tylenol sinus extra strength but do not feel like it made any difference. Do you have any suggestions? 45y F

You may be suffering from sinusitis with eustachian tube block.
Avoid cool drinks and freeze water avoid smoking and caffeine drinks.
Use water vapor inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days.
Use tablet Sinarest.
If symptoms not improved or developed an allergy to above drug please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
