How To Treat Smelling White Vaginal Discharge Only After Sex/masturbation Along With Itchy Vagina?

Hi,
I have been having a white vaginal discharge which varies in texture but always has a strange odour from the past 3-4 months. It appears ONLY after sex (and now that my bf is abroad, after masturbation). This is accompanied with an itchy vagina. I was sexually active till about two months ago. Now this come after every time i masturbate. It takes a few days to go but as soon as I masturbate again, its back!! I am 20 years old and I'm shy to go to a hospital and this is freaking me out. I want to stop this and go back to normal. Please help!!!

Hi,
Ideally you should get a vaginal swab culture and then antibiotics according to report. But if you do not want to go to hospital i will advise you to take clotrimazole vaginal pessary . Feel free to ask further queries.
