How To Treat Sore Throat And Stuffed Nose During Pregnancy?

i am 34 weeks and 4 days. i have a sore throat, stopped up nose, and a bad cough. i been to the doctor already he said that it was normal being pregnant and he didnt prescibe me anything to take. is their any medicine i can take this late in my pregnancy to help me without helping my baby.

sore throat , breathing problem , and yellow sputum moderate to severe in amount must be investigated as it could be due to pulmonary disease

its good that you took the visit of a doctor and evrything is normal...

so to avoid simple sore throat and running nose, you can use paracetamol 500 mg twice in a day for 3 days, use salt water gargles and dring more water...
you can use vicks lozenges for symptomatic relief...
so dont worry...look watch on your babys movement...do regular ANC VISTS..
