Hi,
My wife complained of a sore throat pain and difficulty in speaking 2 days back. Thsi happened after she went out for an official work via a dusty road. She has developed fever since then with temperature ranging upto 38.4 degrees celcius. She also has throat pain and yellow cough.

throat pain,difficulty in speaking,fever,productive cough indicates that ur wife has got lung infection invoving voice box.visit an ent surgeon for proper evaluation and treatment
