How To Treat Stomach Pain In A Child, Suffering From Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) And Lactose Intolerance?

Hi! I have a daughter who has a hard time going to sleep at night due to stomach pains. She has seen a dr and he told us it was just ibs and lactose intolerance. I have been told by others to give her melatonin but am unsure how much to give her! She is 11 and 80pds thank you

Both Elements i e irritable bösem syndrome and lactose intolerance can cause pain in abdomen since child has frequency of stool intake also befinde less hence it becomes difficult to put the child to sleep about drug Not to taken without advise of your Dr ok
