Hi and welcome to HCM. You have not mentioned the drug which you are taking and i cannot comment on that now. If that drug is very much indicated to you and if you have doubt on that, please consult your doctor for the same. Here are few tips to have a sound sleep
1.Set a regular bedtime. Go to bed at the same time every night
2.Wake up at the same time every day. If you’re getting enough sleep, you should wake up naturally without an alarm.
3.Don’t read from a backlit device at night (such as an iPad).
4.Turn off your television and computer. Many people use the television to fall asleep or relax at the end of the day, and this is a mistake.
5.Keep your room cool. The temperature of your bedroom also affects sleep
6.Avoid alcohol before bed.
7.Cut down on caffeine
8.Avoid drinking too many liquids in the evening. Drinking lots of water, juice, tea, or other fluids may result in frequent bathroom trips throughout the night
9.Drink a glass of milk before going to bed
10.If smoking, quit as early as possible

If nothing of the above helps, please consult a local doctor for treatment. You may need a expert opinion, its better to consult a psychiatrist. All the best

Dr Santosh
