I have a pretty bad sunburn on my shoulders; it has been 3-4 days now and while the swelling has gone down, I now have little yellow crystals forming on my shoulders. I have some wee little blisters but nothing major so I'm not sure what to do here...
HI Well come to HCM This is the thermal injury and in such injury protective layer of skin damages due to extreme heat and this could cause infection to the particular injured area, in my opinion this needs antibiotic treatment locally as well as orally, and the option are, Tab Amoxicillin with clavulanic acid, three times in day, for local Silversulfadizine cream, hope these helps
