Brief Answer:
You should be reevaluated by your treating doctor.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for using HCM.
Generally, pneumonia treatment, should be continued for 10- 14 days.
In case of no improvement of the clinical signs, within the first three days of your treatment, then your doctor should reevaluate you, with considering change of antibiotics.
You should make further laboratory exams such as full blood count, emogasanalysis, uremia, creatinemia, glycemia, and the inlammation indexes. Based on the results of the above mentioned exams, your comorbidities, and your vital parameters (temperature, heart rate, respiratory rate, blood pressure), your doctor should reevaluate if you can continue your treatment at home or you need to be hospitalized.
Regarding, your blood pressure (140/85 mmHg), it is within normal ranges. You should monitor it, at least three times a day and signalize the doctor if it will be higher than 140/90 mmHg.
If, your cholesterol is to high, you can begin taking a statine (such as atorvastatine 20 mg per day, each evening). You should evaluate the ck, sgot, sgpt levels after three months of treatment. Try to consume foods rich in fibers, and to avoid foods rich in animal fats and alcohol. Make moderate physical activity, 40 min per day, three days a week.

Hope this is helpful.
