Hello It seems from the history that you are having CSR. CSR indicates central serous retinopathy and it is usually seen in middle aged adults with type A personality. It is characterized by the accumulation of fluid under the retinal layers in the region of the macula. It is a self limiting condition and it resolves by 2-3 months. The treatment is by use of vitamin supplements and anti-inflammatory drugs. The treatment you are on in the form of nevanac which is a anti-inflammatory drug and vitamin supplements is correct and you can continue it. If the condition does not respond by 3 months you need to undergo a procedure called as fundus fluorescein angiography to find out the site of leak in the retina and laser treatment to close the site of leak.
Thank you
