How To Treat The Condition Of Spine TB?

Dear sir i have been detected spine tb and i have started treatment but after starting the treatment i am suffering from sever back pain and i cant bend down what to do for pain reduction. My doctor has advise me that the pain will be there but im really worried pain is killing me.

After going through your query I think You are suffering from spine TB. Treatment of it is rest and ANTI TUBERCULAR drugs and analgesics for pain. You said that you started treatment. If treatment does not include analgesics then analgesics can be added after consultation with treating doctor. Diclofenac three times a day after meals is effective. Sometimes strong analgesic(such as ultracet three times a day after meals) is required. OMEPRAZOLE 20 MG before meals prevent acidity caused by analgesics.Pain relief generally occur after 2 months of ANTI TUBERCULAR treatment. I think your query answered.Welcome to any follow up query.
