Should I be worried?
I play basketball. Im 14 & a female. I was doing weight training for the first time and i'm sore right now. I have rested alot. I have a stuffy nose now which bothers me and I sneeze. I have a migraine and my ears are sensitive. My whole body hurts.

I can understand your concern.
Your body ache, sneezing, stuffy nose, tiredness etc are mostly due to viral upper respiratory tract infection (URTI) .
These symptoms are not related to your migraine.
So no need to worry much. Follow these steps for better symptomatic relief in URTI.
1. Avoid dust and pollution.
2. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep your self hydrated.
3. Do steam inhalation and warm water gargles 5-6 times a day.
4. Take antihistamine and anti inflammatory drugs.
5. Avoid oily and spicy food. Avoid hard to chew food.
6. Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
