To make a long story short I have seen various doctors for the past year to no avail and have an appointment in October with a vestibular specialist at Mass Eye and Ear....continue to have lower right eye pain and fullness in right ear not every day, but at least two to three times a week. Could this be associated with the 32% loss in my vestibular system? 650 mg of Tylenol does not work. They also have me on generic lexapro for inside jitters. Your thoughts?
Hello' It seems from the history that you are having you are having pain in the eye. This is not associated with vestibular system. These symptoms are usually seen in primary headaches like migraine. Since it is not responding to tylenol, this requires treatment with flunarizine or beta blockers like propranolol. Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
Thank you
