Hi Ran ! Good evening. I am Dr Shareef answering your query.

A hernia is a clinical diagnosis, and therefore it can be diagnosed only by a clinical examination by a doctor. From your history, it seems that you do have a hernia, which is irreducible and is painful. Therefore, I would advise you to visit the nearest ER to rule this out, and have appropriate treatment to avoid complicatons.

I hope this information would help you in discussing with your family physician/treating doctor in further management of your problem. Please do not hesitate to ask in case of any further doubts.
Thanks for choosing health care magic to clear doubts on your health problems. Wishing you an early recovery. Dr Shareef.
