Hello You are having productive cough with irritation in sleep . Monteleukast + fexofenadine in combo pack is a good drug for allergic cough . When such type of cases visit in my clinic I usually prescribe them monteleukast + bambuterol ( combo ) twice in day . Beside I also prescribe one antibiotic as augmentine ( amoxy + clauvalanic acid ) twice in day for 5-10 days with a cough syrup . As all these drugs are prescription medicine so consult another physician and get his opinion. Good luck.
