ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,looking at your symptoms, you might be suffering from laryngitis.(inflammation in your voice box).Allergy might be a cause.

For the treatment,Voice rest is must.Dont shout or whisper.Speak softly after taking deep breath, and only when necessary.Avoid cold/spicy/oily food.Drink lots of fluids(warm).Avoid dust and other pollutants.Do steam inhalation.

You also need to take Analgesic(like Ibuprofen),Antacid(like Rantac),Antihistaminic (like Cetrizine) and a cough expectorant(containing Ambroxol/Guaifenesin).

It may take around 1-2 weeks to resolve your symptoms.

Hope this answers your question.Take care.
