How To Treat The Varicose Veins And Lipoma In Ankles?
Hi I have had swellen ankles for over 10 years now. And I was always told I have Varicos veins, but the foot specialist put me in some kinds of steriod for a week to see if the swellen goes down using that medicaiton. And sure it did, so he thinks my ankles are swellen because of Varicos veins and lipoma on my ankles. How to treat this situation.

Steroids are not indicated. Surgical correction is required. Consult a general surgeon and get evaluated. For varicose vein, you can opt for newer techniques like laser or radiofrequency ablation.
