How To Treat Thin Skin Under Eyes?
Hi, I m a 30 year-old caucasian male with very thin skin under my eyes and many blood vessels in the area. For this reason my dermatologist has said that I m ineligible for dermal filler procedures to hide the dark circles and fill the hollows under my eyes. With this in mind, would I be eligible for a fat transfer procedure to that same area or any other procedure that would essentially fill in the hollows and cover-up the dark circles?
