How To Treat Tingling, pain And Numbness In Leg Despite Having A Stoke?

I have tingling & numbness in my right leg. I had angioplasty done to remove a clot which caused a stroke. My upper leg is swollen and hurts if I sit a certain way. I also fell and thought maybe I cracked my pelvis. X-ray was taken and showed no break. Nerve test indicated a possible pInched nerve. I am thinking it might have something to do with the femoral artery.
