How To Treat Torn Meniscus In Knee Area Causing Recurrent Pain?

Hi,I have a torn meniscus in the knee area, I had an MRI Scan 18 months ago , the pain eased and I was very careful over that time yesterday the pain has come back with a vengeance and I have trouble walking.Di I need to have it removed? what should I do Regards,Dianne Barker

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the meniscus injury then it need to be remove because it can not be repaired because then pain will the there on and often or any time some time may not be there it is very uncertain phenomenon hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
